A Coptic wedding is one evening in two places, and the invitation has to carry both. Church and hall, each with its own time and its own map, on a single link you can send on WhatsApp.
The church address matters more than the hall
Guests arriving at a reception while the crowning is happening in a church across the city is the most common failure at Coptic weddings, and it is an invitation problem rather than a guest problem. Give the church its own name, address and map, and put it first — because it happens first.
Two times, in the order the evening runs
The الإكليل, then the reception. Two entries on one invitation, each with a place and a time, so nobody is working out from a single start time whether they are expected at the church. If the two are on different days, they need two clear lines rather than one line holding two dates.
A count for the hall, not a guess
The reception is where the number costs money — per head, per table, per portion. Guests reply on the invitation itself and the count updates as it goes, so the figure you give the venue is one people actually gave you.
Arabic that is actually set as Arabic
Joined letters, right-to-left, Arabic numerals and Arabic month names. Write the invitation in Arabic, in English, or in both at once, and decide that separately for each part — which matters when the older relatives read one side and the younger guests read the other.
Designs that suit the occasion
The wedding collection, set for two locations rather than one — and your content carries across if you change your mind about the design.

Common questions
Should the invitation say إكليل or زفاف?
إكليل is the ceremony in church and is the precise word for what guests are being invited to. فرح or زفاف is understood everywhere and commonly used for the celebration after. Many invitations use both — إكليل for the church, حفل الاستقبال for the hall.
Can one invitation hold both the church and the reception?
Yes, and it should. Each gets its own time, place and map on the same invitation, so a guest sees the whole evening in order rather than piecing it together from two messages.
What should the wording be?
There is a full guide to Christian invitation wording — the opening, naming both occasions, who invites, and the closing — with examples in Arabic you can copy.
Is it really free?
Yes, up to 50 attendees, with every design included.
