Terms
Last updated: 2026-08-08
These terms cover using Tenawar to create invitations and collect replies. Plain language, and short on purpose.
What Tenawar does
You build an invitation, publish it at its own link, and share that link yourself. People who open it can reply, and you see the replies in your dashboard.
We do not send your invitation for you and we do not hold a guest list on your behalf.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
You need to be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
What you put in
Your invitation is yours. You keep the rights to your wording and your photographs, and you give us only what we need to store them and show them to the people you share the link with.
You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload, including photographs of other people, and for what you do with the replies you collect. When guests give you their names, you become responsible for handling that properly.
Sample photographs and wording that come with a theme are placeholders for previewing a design. Replace them before you publish.
Paying
The free plan covers a complete invitation and up to the stated number of attendees. Paid plans are a one-time payment for one event, not a subscription, and are processed by Paymob.
If a payment does not deliver what it promised, write to us and we will put it right.
Using it fairly
Do not use Tenawar for anything unlawful, to impersonate someone, to harass people, or to send invitations to people who have not agreed to hear from you.
We may suspend an account that does these things.
What we do not promise
We work to keep the service available and your invitations reachable, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Keep your own copy of anything you could not bear to lose.
Tenawar is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our liability is limited to what you paid us for the event in question.
Ending
You can delete your events and ask us to close your account at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
